The second day of the festival began in a truly unconventional way. In the morning, the cultural center Malý Berlín was taken over by a horde of furniture. This was the setting for an experimental production by the Czech-French artistic collective tYhle, titled Living Room. This expedition into the uncharted territories of human imagination unfolds within the fictional walls of a single room, where each piece of furniture possesses its own character and exerts a unique influence. Directed by Lukáš Karásek, the production balances on the edge of mask theatre, dance, and circus, delivering an exhilarating performance brimming with imagination and humour.

The romantic Ružový park in Trnava, recently revitalized, temporarily transformed into the home of the Butterfly World by aerial acrobat Leona Macurová from the group Cirkus trochu inak. Leona discovered aerial acrobatics nine years ago, and it was love at first sight. She passionately shares her enthusiasm for this unique form of movement with both children and adults.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a popular YouTuber? Balancing private life and life on social media is not easy for young Adam. The play SNOWball, about the pitfalls of the digital age, was presented to us by Divadlo Alfa from Plzeň.

After a strange era of climate crises, social inequalities, and daily burnout, a time of constant well-being arrives. No crises, no obligations, no inequality, and money is always at hand. Despite all this, the three main characters of the play Amateurs, created by the Peter Mankovecký Theatre, remain dissatisfied. Where did things go wrong?

For a bit of relaxation, festival visitors could unleash their creativity through community doodling. This was a project by two students, Ivana and Aneta, from SMÄD. To be an artist, you don’t need to have artistic talent. You can simply draw three dots or capture your abstract moods. SMÄD doesn’t judge anyone. Who knows, you might discover that this is the perfect way for you to spend your free time.
